Understanding the eHF
eHF Introduction
eHF Introduction is the overview presentation for the eHealth Framework. Start here to get a first idea of what eHF is all about, what you can achieve with it, and what the benefits of using it for building applications are.
eHF Concepts
With the eHF Concepts we take a closer look at the core concepts behind the eHF. This includes: Security, Modularization, Public API, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Model Driven Software Development (MDSD), Code Systems and Software Life Cycle Management.
Two Sides to the eHF
The eHF has two main sides to it:
- eHF Development Environment
- eHF Solution Platform
- Application Platform
- Integration Platform
In the eHF Development Environment presentation we take a closer look at the development tools provided by the eHF - including specific details on the various maven plugins defined by the eHF.
For the eHF Solution Platform we first have the Application Platform presentation which looks in detail at each of the various core, security, infrastructure and application modules that make up the eHF. It then provides an example usage scenario showing how some of the various modules can be used together.
The Integration Platform presentation takes a first look at the Integration Platform and how it can be used in the enterprise.
The eHF Technical White Paper
The eHF Technical White Paper is the main technical white paper of the eHF. It provides a good introduction into the architecture, technology and services of the eHF.
Conference Proceedings
Here you can find the online proceedings from the various ICW Developer Conferences including both the presentation slides and, where available, the videos of the actual presentations.
