ICW's Solutions and Technologies

ICW has divided its technology-for-health-business into four categories:
- eHealth infrastructure,
- infrastructure solutions for doctors (doctor connectivity),
- infrastructure solutions for hospitals (hospital connectivity) and
- the LifeSensor personal health record.
The whole system is backed by smart products, which help connect all those involved in the health care system securely and reliably. For instance, we developed interfaces that allow IT systems of health service providers to be connected to our solutions easily. We keep these open in order to enable integration in the health care IT infrastructure of the future.
ICW uses its innovative eHealth applications to facilitate sharing of information between different systems to improve the quality of care. We have developed the components necessary to connect systems that were previously isolated from each other – such as primary systems of physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals. Our mission is to improve the quality of medical care and to empower patients to take an active role in their health by using LifeSensor, a Personal Health Record.
